CES seeks advice on contacts databse software (19th September 2007)

The CES is aiming to update the way in which we store contact details and send communications.  We have identified a product by SAGE known as ACT Professional and invite anyone with experience of contacts databases or even ACT itself to share their experiences with us.  All comments welcome!  Please email Catherine Sheedy: csheedy@cesew.org.uk.
