The DfES publish regular updates on numerous aspects of VA Capital related matters by way of letters, posted on the 'teachernet' website, from Sally Brookes at DfES.  A copy of the most recent letter is attached within the downloadable document below. This letter deals with the capital related provisions in the present Education & Inspections Bill as well as dealing with the proposed changes to the delivery of DFC; TCF and LCVAP.
