Fischer Family Trust Pilot
*

CES, the Fischer Family Trust and the Diocese of Portsmouth are collaborating on a pilot project which provides schools with access to value-added data on subject performance in English and Religious Studies.

It is anticipated that dioceses and schools will be able to use this data to:

·         support improvements in Religious Studies

·         identify and disseminate effective practice

·         provide information for section 48 inspectors (these inspections focus on religious education and the religious life of a school)

The purpose of the pilot is to test these objectives and ascertain:

  • the accessibility of the on-line reports
  • ways in which the data can be used to support work in schools and dioceses
  • the support required
  • costs and value.

If you would like to know more about this pilot, scroll down to click on the attached Guidance document or contact Neena Popham, Knowledge and Data Management Officer t: 020 7901 4887 e: npopham@cesew.org.uk.
